I would give a zero if possible, I really wish the owner of this pharmacy would hire adults and not Children who consistently whisper behind the pharmacy counter regarding customers medication in total violation of H.I.P.P.A regulations, or complain about how customers have “the nerve to pick up their medication at 9am on a Friday when they only opened an hour ago”. If the job is so bad then please leave and let an adult have that position. This place needs a serious overhaul, if not for gossiping going on then it’s young girls dancing what they should really be doing is teaching themselves how to operate their computer system because there are a few that can’t even figure out birthdates!! One more fact for the owner please have your employees pick up the phone and just don’t leave you on hold once they answer it hoping you hang up because you waited so long. Walgreen’s pharmacy is looking better and better these days even though I prefer to do business with local establishments

I work with the best pharmacists and techs/interns that put their heart and soul onto into making sure the customer is happy and comfortable coming to this specialty pharmacy. Thank you OB for being a full service pharmacy: DME, vaccines, blister packs to aid with compliance, consultations and FREE DELIVERY for RXs.

This has been my family’s pharmacy for many years as well as our go to for medical supplies. My daughter always uses their delivery options which is so convenient for her since she is always on the go. It is always clean and the staff is very knowledgeable as well as helpful with questions and concerns. Kim has been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming at the hylan blvd location which has parking right in the front. I always feel like I’m walking in to my communities family friendly pharmacy! If anyone is considering changing their pharmacy, look no further. One stop shop for all your medical purchases. Thank you to all of the staff for always smiling and Kim for providing the highest of quality care.

The workers are helpful with everything. I got my medications packaged quickly and a nice worker Amy helped me out with everything I needed. I am grateful for this lovely team! Will definitely be back again!

Wonderful customer service! Was having major problem with my insurance provider and Ocean Breeze was able to resolve the issue when no other pharmacy could. Thank you to the staff at OB, especially you Kim. I won't forget your help!

Switching from Cvs to Ocean Breeze has been such a great move not trying to shame anybody but Cvs is horrible at keeping track of medication's, always have insurance issues and they always loose my medication's. I would definitely recommend coming to Ocean Breeze they are amazing as the staff is professional and friendly and they also offer delivery service and try to deliver the quickest they can I love this pharmacy go here if you're in doubt

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Everyone there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had issues with my insurance company for a few prescriptions and they were able to help me navigate through the issues. Kim and the team are true Rockstars. They treat you like they’ve known you forever. You’re not just a phone number like a CVS OR Walgreens. I would give 20 stars if I could. Obviously, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
